All participants must sign a waiver and attend our safety briefing.
Minimum age to participate is 8. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who must also be a participant.
All participants must have closed toe shoes.
Only one thrower per target is allowed inside the axe throwing area.
One axe throwing coach must be in the axe throwing area at all times that axes are being thrown in order to monitor play and regulate safety.
Participants are not allowed to hand an axe to another participant. When participants are done with their axe they must replace their axe on the wall mounted axe holder prior to exiting the axe throwing lane.
Do not try to catch or stop the axe should it bounce off the target.
Participants must grip their axes by the handle only.
Participants in the same lane must throw their axes and retrieve their axes in sync with one another. Axes may only be retrieved after both axes have hit the target or floor.
Anyone, who in the sole judgement of the axe throwing coach, and/or the management, that is impaired in anyway or for any reason is judged as not being able to safely throw axes will not be allowed to participate.
Any participant not complying with these safety rules and/or participating in horseplay of any kind will not be allowed to continue to participate in that event/match and it will be marked ass a loss. No refunds will be given for participants removed from a match or other axe throwing event.
